This Delivery Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of MangoraMart. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the delivery terms outlined below.


1. Delivery Areas & Eligibility

MangoraMart delivers only to selected UK postcodes as displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse delivery to any postcode at our discretion
  • Cancel orders where delivery is not operationally feasible
  • Amend delivery zones without prior notice

Delivery eligibility is confirmed only after postcode validation at checkout.


2. Delivery Charges and Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tier 1 โ€“ Nottingham (Same-Day Delivery)

Postcodes: NG1โ€“NG15, NG80, NG90

  • Orders placed before 4 PM may qualify for same-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next working day.
  • Free Delivery min spend ยฃ30 ;
  • ยฃ3.99 delivery chargres for less ยฃ30 order

Tier 2 โ€“ Selected Areas (Next-Day Delivery)

Postcodes: NG16โ€“NG21, NG31โ€“NG33, NG70

  • Estimated delivery: next working day.
  • Free Delivery min spend ยฃ50 ;
  • ยฃ3.99 delivery chargres for less ยฃ50 order

Tier 3 โ€“ Rest of UK (Courier Service)

  • Estimated delivery: 1โ€“3 working days.
  • Free Delivery min spend ยฃ60, max 25 kg weight, ยฃ6.99 charges for next 25 kg
  • ยฃ6.99 delivery charges for less than ยฃ60 order.

MangoraMart shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Traffic or road conditions
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure)

Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Click & Collect

Customers selecting Click & Collect must:

  • Collect within the specified collection window
  • Provide order confirmation

MangoraMart reserves the right to cancel and dispose of uncollected perishable orders without refund if not collected within the specified timeframe.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

Any issues including:

  • Damage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in refusal of refund or replacement.

Photo evidence may be required.
